Other Information | In 1987 Thames Transit and the Oxford Tube were founded by a former bus driver. In 1997 Stagecoach bought these operations and merged them with Stagecoach Midland Red. In 2002 the Banbury and Oxford operations were merged into Stagecoach in Oxfordshire. In February 2021 Stagecoach transferred the operations of Stagecoach in Oxfordshire to Stagecoach West.
