23 september 2012 - Hamilton, Ontario. Top of the Jolley Cut. The lower city in the background with the steel mills and harbour. Notice the spelling error on the map, named after James Jolley, (1813–1892), saddler, harnessmaker & politician.

I'm assuming you use the default map setting. If you switch the map view to Shaded (click the plus in the top right corner of the map for the popup menu), you'll get what from my experience is a more reliable version; and its spelling of Jolley Cut is correct.

Openstreetmap works as a non-profit project, these maps can be edited by anybody like wikipedia, so these mistakes could be forgiven, they're still better than commercial-oriented google maps
