7 may 2012 - Rahnsdorf (DE) – S-Bahnhof. Car #27 has come down from Woltersdorf earier in the morning with a peak hour extra service, and is now waiting at Rahnsdorf terminus for its next duty. This was once a Schwerin vehicle. The Woltersdorf line operates a tram every twenty minutes except at peak times, but has now stopped using trailers in normal service – the exchange of the trailer in the village street between incoming and outgoing trams was once an interesting feature of the system.

11 may 2001 - Woltersdorf, Germany – Berliner Strasse. The little Woltersdorf tramway is now unique in dropping trailer cars part-way along the route, to be collected by a tram in the opposite direction. Here is a trailer exchange taking place in the centre of the village street – tram 28 will go on alone to the far terminus.

7 may 2012 - Rahnsdorf (DE) – S-Bahnhof. The villagers of Woltersdorf, on the eastern fringes of Berlin, love their little single-track tramway, which has survived against all the odds. No low-floor nonsense here, but a small fleet of jewel-like Gotha cars which are kept in beautiful condition. This one came originally from Chemnitz (or Karl-Marx-Stadt, as it was then known) via Dresden – I wonder what will happen when the EU insists on low-floor access everywhere?

30 april 2013 - Woltersdorf, mijanka w lesie między przystankami Goethestraße i Rahnsdorf. W tym miejscu można zaobserwować interesujący styl jazdy tutejszych motorniczych. Tramwaj w kierunku Woltersdorfu na mijankę wjeżdża zawsze pierwszy (na bok). Wtedy motorniczy pojazdu jadącego w przeciwnym kierunku załącza ostatnią pozycję jazdy, by rozpędzić się na lekkim spadku i z możliwie największą prędkością dotrzeć do Rahnsdorfu. Skutkuje to przejazdem przez mijankę (ze zwrotnicą najazdową włącznie) z prędkością rzędu 40-50 km/h.

The local people are very proud of their little tramway and don’t seem keen for these trams to be replaced with anything more modern, even though EU disabled access law has meant the end of older cars in other cities.

The local population are very proud of their trams, which are kept in sparkling condition and provide a frequent service between here and the nearest S-Bahn station, using trams like these with matching trailers, which are detached at the depot part way along, so the motor car can continue alone down a fairly steep hill to this end point. No-one ever mentions the words "low floor" here and this line somehow manages to be immune to any pressure to modernise - long may this continue.

14 september 2005 - Woltersdorf, zajezdnia tramwajowa. Choć nie było tam żadnego pracownika, a bramy były otwarte, wolałem kogoś znaleźć, aby się zapytać, czy można zrobić parę fotek. Okazało się, że pracownik był zachwycony tym, że specjalnie przyjechaliśmy z Polski aby zrobić zdjęcia... Nawet jedym O&K wyjechał na zewnątrz hali...

25 march 2008 - Szlak linii 87 między S Rahnsdorf a Woltersdorfem. Przyrzekłem sobie, że odłożę aparat dopiero wtedy, kiedy miejsca, którym robię zdjęcia przestaną mnie chwytać tak za gardło. Jak stanąłem w tej przecince to stwierdziłem, że jednak jeszcze przede mną długa droga do tego momentu… :)

9 june 2010 - Woltersdorf, zajezdnia. Taka oto stojąca w kącie zakładu ruinka służy jako dawca części zamiennych. Generalnie jest mały zgryz z tym wagonem, albowiem nikt się do niego oficjalnie nie przyznaje - na stronie WS, gdzie wymienione są wszystkie eksploatowane wagony, nie widać nic, co dałoby się podpasować pod powyższe, to samo w DVN i u okolicznych przewoźników...
